| All courses are organized on a semester system. The school year is divided
into six semesters and a student is required to complete 110 hours of
instruction to obtain a full credit in their program. The school also runs night
school and Saturday classes for those who cannot attend during the

- 18 Compulsory credits
- 4 English credits (Up to 3 of these English credits may be substituted by
English-as -a-second-language credits)
- 1 French credit, as second language
- 3 Math credits (at least 1 credit in grade 11 or 12)
- 2 Science credits
- 1 Canadian History credit
- 1 Canadian Geography credit
- 1 Civics/Career Studies credit
- 1 Arts credit
- 1 Physical Education and Health credit
- 1 Additional credit in Social Science or Canadian/World Studies or third
language or additional senior English credit (Group 1)
- 1 Additional credit in Technology or senior Science in Grade 11/12 (Group 2)
- 1 additional credit in Business or Physical Education or Arts credit (Group
3)
- 12 Optional Credits (selected from those that are available in the school
according to the student's personal interests)
- 40 Hours of Community Involvement Activities
- Pass the Provincial Secondary School Literacy Test or Completion of Ontario
